JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Vulnerability DevOps Specialist to join our cybersecurity team and strengthen Ubisoft’s ability to identify, assess, and mitigate security vulnerabilities across its diverse environments, ranging from IT and corporate systems to games and online services.
You will contribute to our vulnerability management program by supporting remediation and triage through automation and custom integrations. This role focuses on enhancing and maintaining tools for the vulnerability management program. Your expertise in expertise in security, software development, and observability will play a critical role in reducing risk exposure across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain security-based software and tooling to enhance vulnerability management program posture
- Collect needs for automation from the team and other contributors
- Design, build and maintain reliable automation solutions within CI/CD pipelines
- Accelerate processes related to triage and remediation of security vulnerabilities
- Produce quality documentation for procedures and tools
QUALIFICATIONS
Relevant experience:
- Experience with software development, automation (CICD) and observability processes
- 3+ years’ experience in IT security field or IT operations
- Experience with vulnerability management processes, and remediation processes is a plus
- Offensive security experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Experience building applications, preferably using Python
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices, and OAuth principles
- Experience with Linux (Centos/Ubuntu), public cloud (Azure preferred), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code, policy-as-code, automating infrastructure, and configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible).
Soft Skills:
- Results-oriented spirit, attention to detail, critical thinking, resourcefulness, and flexibility
- Ability to resolve problems and take initiative
- User-oriented focus and the ability to produce efficient documentation
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
