Reporting directly to the PMO Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring projects progress smoothly, reduce operational inertia, and deliver meaningful outcomes that contribute to the organisation's strategic goals.

Mission:

  • PMO Champion: Cultivate and uphold the function and framework of the PMO, establishing it as a centralised function that governs project prioritisation and execution in alignment with Ubisoft’s strategic goals.
  • Project Management: Take responsibility for the full lifecycle of projects, from initiation to close, ensuring adherence to timelines, documentation & quality standards, and scope management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams and leaders, ensuring alignment between project outputs and the broader CRC strategy.
  • Governance & Reporting: Manage and maintain reporting frameworks that provide transparency into project progress, risks, and outcomes for senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
  • Process Optimisation: Champion best practices in project management and PMO standards, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in how projects are initiated, executed, and governed.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, keeping projects on track while adjusting to evolving needs and constraints within the CRC.
  • Leadership: Represent the PMO as a trusted advocate of best practices, supporting the hands-on, assertive approach necessary to streamline project execution and ensure continued positive progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of high-priority projects, ensuring they are aligned with CRC and Ubisoft’s objectives.
  • Partner with Strategic Solutions to ensure a robust project and portfolio ecosystem that clearly feeds into the CRC Objectives and Strategies.
  • Facilitate regular project reviews, status updates, and reporting mechanisms that allow senior leadership to monitor progress against key organisational KPIs.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project dependencies are identified and managed effectively.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and stored in the appropriate systems (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).
  • Establish clear metrics for measuring project success, ensuring that all projects feed into larger programmes aimed at enhancing player experience and operational efficiency.
  • Offer mentorship and guidance to junior project team members, encouraging development and upskilling.
  • Provide project management as a service on a consultancy basis to other departments and teams as requested.
