JOB DESCRIPTION
At Ubisoft's International Headquarters, you will join the Group Procurement team, responsible for acquiring goods and services for Ubisoft and its subsidiaries. The department's core missions are to reduce costs, deliver high-quality service to internal clients, and manage external risks ethically and equitably. To achieve these objectives, the Procurement Department fosters a global procurement community through benchmarking, coordination, sharing best practices and tools, and utilizing a common framework.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage indirect procurement across all Ubisoft studios and teams worldwide, adhering to relevant procedures.
- Prepare tender documents for categories such as:
- Facility Management: Maintenance, renovations, premises upkeep, security, equipment (coffee machines, refrigerators, fruit supplies), and shipping.
- Employee Services: Meal vouchers, gym memberships, relocations, and various equipment.
- Event Management: Internal events and year-end parties.
- Initiate and oversee procurement processes, including needs assessment, drafting specifications, sourcing, negotiations, contract finalization, and deployment follow-up with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with category managers and other buyers to develop and implement a unified procurement strategy.
- Conduct strategic sourcing to identify procurement performance opportunities (e.g., consolidation, global sourcing, catalog management).
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
- Generate reports on procurement activities using established tools and processes.
- Maintain regular communication with key internal partners and actively develop relationships with essential stakeholders.
- Stay informed about procurement trends and best practices through continuous monitoring.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in procurement, ideally in an international setting, managing projects from sourcing to contract execution and follow-up.
- Strong knowledge of indirect procurement/general expenses and legal aspects of contracts.
- Ability to proactively engage with diverse internal stakeholders and independently manage the entire procurement process.
- Results-driven, meticulous, organized, and capable of working autonomously.
- Recognized for leadership and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
