Ubisoft Reflections has over 40 years of experience making video games, making us the longest-lasting video games studio in the UK. We've contributed to many of Ubisoft's iconic Ips, both leading and co-leading projects such as Assassin’s Creed Nexus VR, The Division and Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora.

Ubisoft Reflections is located in the vibrant city of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and we love calling Newcastle our home. The city is a cultural powerhouse that not only has some of the best nightlife in the entire country, but is also home to world-renowned art galleries, architecture, music venues and historical sites including the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Hadrian’s Wall.

Positive mental health and wellbeing at work are priorities for us. We are a Gold Employer in the Mind Workplace Wellbeing Index, and partners of Safe in Our World. We run an inclusive, award-winning Wellbeing programme, and provide a wide range of training and resources to support all our people to proactively discuss and manage their own mental health, as well as support their team members. In September 2023, we also won the Inclusive Employer Award at the Celebrating Neurodiversity Awards.
