WOW Kids Forum is an annual educational event held by the Blagomay Charitable Foundation for teenagers aged 13 to 17 from all over Ukraine. Each year the event follows a dedicated theme and in 2019 it was “HERE AND NOW”. The main goal is to help kids find a greater sense of purpose and living in the moment.
The kids had the opportunity to attend different lectures and workshops, as well as the chance to talk and exchange with mentors from a number of different companies. These mentors helped provide some knowledge on a particular topic, but also some inspiration and motivation for a potential future career path.
Ubisoft Kyiv’s team members volunteered to be mentors at the event and prepared a presentation for the kids on video game development and opportunities within the industry.
