Far Cry TV Series Ordered By FX
FX has placed a series order for an anthology TV show based on Ubisoft's Far Cry series. Just like the games that inspired it, each season of the limited series will feature a new setting and cast of characters. FX's Far Cry will stream on Hulu in the US and Disney+ internationally.

Netflix has officially greenlit the live-action Assassin's Creed series, with Emmy nominees Roberto Patino (DMZ, Westworld, Sons of Anarchy) and David Wiener (Halo, Homecoming, The Killing) set as creators, showrunners, and executive producers. The Assassin's Creed live-action series is a high-octane thriller centered on the secret war between two shadowy factions: one set on determining mankind's future through control and manipulation, the other fighting to preserve free will. The series follows characters across pivotal historical events as they battle to shape humanity's destiny.

Netflix’s Assassin’s Creed adaptation has cast Lola Petticrew (Say Nothing, Trespasses, Tuesday) as a series regular alongside Toby Wallace (Euphoria Season 3, The Bikeriders). The Irish actor was recently nominated for an Independent Spirit Award for Best Lead Performance and a BAFTA Television Award for Leading Actress, and won the Irish Film & Television Award for Best Lead Actress for their work on Hulu’s Say Nothing.

Netflix’s live-action adaptation of Assassin’s Creed has officially cast Zachary Hart (Slow Horses) and Laura Marcus (Death By Lightning, Sunrise on the Reaping) as series regulars. Hart, an esteemed actor of the stage and screen, most recently starred in the Tony-nominated Stereophonic, while Marcus was part of The Serpent Queen before her current projects. Previously announced cast members include Toby Wallace (Euphoria Season 3, The Bikeriders) and Lola Petticrew (Say Nothing, Trespasses).
