Founded in 2017, Ubisoft Bordeaux has already grown to 300 people comprising of 15 different nationalities. The teams are currently focused on some of Ubisoft’s biggest AAA games: Assassin’s Creed, Rainbow 6 Extraction and Beyond Good & Evil 2. In addition to these titles, the studio has also been developing a tech branch as of 2019, which works across all of Ubisoft’s online services as well as streaming subjects with Harbour and Harbour Stream. Other projects include a mobile game and a new F2P PVP game, which are both currently unannounced. Early 2021, Ubisoft Bordeaux launched a R&D unit which gathers Ubisoft engineers and researchers so they can work together on prototypes that will help creating create better games. The main objective is to create better games while developing public knowledge. The different talents that make up these teams come from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds. This diversity helps create the Bordeaux studio’s cultural wealth. By the end of 2023, Ubisoft Bordeaux will cross the Garonne river and move to the Bastide-Niel eco-neighborhood to welcome even more talents and develop the best gaming experiences Ubisoft has to offer.

We are Ubisoft Bordeaux - In Bordeaux, we love making great games, in a good way, in a safe and respectful workplace.


All our collaborators have access to our whole game library for free from their Ubisoft Connect account


Some books and boardgames are available for our teams to borrow whenever they want.


Because we welcome people from over 15 different countries, we try our best to ease their life in France by offering them French classes.


Twice a month, breakfast made of local products are served in our cafeterias to start the day the right way. Some seasonal fruits are also at disposal for our collaborators.


The studio reimburses 50% of our employees' transport tickets or offers them a mileage allowance if they come to work by bicycle.


Our employees benefit from 18 monthly meal vouchers of 9€, reimbursed at 50% by Ubisoft.


To allow everyone to manage their schedule as they wish, the studio offers its employees to work from home or in the studio and to adjust their working hours as they see fit.


Becoming a parent is an important event for everyone. This is why we offer 30 days of paternity leave to our employees so that they can take advantage of the arrival of their child.


Nursery places are offered to the children of our employees, in partnership with Babilou.
