Ubisoft Philippines deepened its commitment to community development through a partnership with the Sisters of Mary Girlstown and Boystown. Established in 1985, the Sisters of Mary have long provided care and education to the most indigent children, offering them a chance at a brighter future.

On October 3, 2025, Ubisoft volunteers visited both campuses to donate 50 used PCs. The donation is part of Ubisoft’s broader corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts in “creating educational opportunities to help women and youth from diverse backgrounds develop professional digital skills.”
The non-stop rains that morning almost dampened their spirits – having to reschedule the volunteerism activity previously due to weather conditions – but their arrival at SOM Girlstown, and later on Boystown, made the team members remember how this was all worth it. Sr. Mylene Arambulo would further emphasize this by saying,
__“Ubisoft didn’t just donate machines; they turned over dreams and possibilities.” __

During the visit, Ubisoft team members hosted a small panel discussion where they shared insights into game development and career building in the various game development job families. Students had the opportunity to ask questions and engage directly with our team members.

The visit concluded with a campus tour led by the students, showcasing their learning spaces and daily life. There was also a special performance by the Boystown choir for the team members.

Ubisoft Philippines continues to champion initiatives that empower youth through education, building not just games, but also futures.
