What is the selection process? Once you submit your application through the careers website, your profile is reviewed in detail by our recruiters. For some job positions, it is always required to submit a portfolio. For all positions, selected candidates are asked to take a test to assess specific skills and relevant competencies. Candidates meeting the job requirements are invited for an interview with the respective team lead. In some cases, the HR manager and the team lead will interview you together. This is also the time to ask any questions about the job, the studio, and what it’s like working for us.
How should I prepare my application? Always prepare your application in relation to the type of job you want to pursue. Your CV and cover letter should tell us about your studies, the skills you learned at school/university or at your previous employments, and the job you are interested in and why. But what we value the most is what you are able to do and what you can showcase. Developing your own portfolio, projects, or game prototypes is what will help you the most in front of our recruiters and team leads.
