So you have decided to take part in our journey, here is what to expect from the hiring process, in 7 easy steps!

Step 1 – Application - Like what you see? Apply for a position that fits your experience and/or skills. We will review all applications that reach our inbox. Pro-tip: Don’t forget to add a cover letter!

Step 2 – First Contact - it’s a match! If your profile fits the role, a member of our HR team will get in touch as soon as possible to organize a first interview.

Step 3 – Interview with HR - Our recruitment team will organize a call with you to gather some extra information.

Step 4 – Lead/Manager Interview – A more in-depth interview with the lead of the team that you will become a part of!

Step 5 – Technical Test – Time to look at your skills! You will be asked to go through a technical test designed to test your level of expertise.

Step 6 – Technical Interview – A chat focused on your area of expertise, previous experience and knowledge of your field. This conversation will be focused on your test from the previous step, so the team can understand the thoughts behind your choices (test defense).

Step 7 – Final Interview with the Studio and HR Managers – At this stage, you will get to know our Studio and HR managers for a friendly chat!
