- Can you tell us more about your experience as part of the Ubisoft GP?

I’ve been part of Ubisoft Graduate Program for the past 3 months now, as a project coordinator for Ghost Recon Breakpoint. Within this position, I have the opportunity to travel to different studios to work in co-development with other teams. Working on different projects is very rewarding and being able to discuss and interact with other Graduates makes it unique. Everyone share their insights and experience, whether they are current Graduates or Alumni, and this is extremely valuable in the video games industry today.

- What makes the Ubisoft GP different from a regular first job?

The thing with Ubisoft Graduate Program is that, first of all, it’s an amazing opportunity and the best graduate program within the video games industry. UGP is about teaching you fast the ropes about project management in video games production. It’s not about dropping you in the middle of a project, there are conferences, monthly calls, e-learning videos, alumni community, at our disposal and we have the opportunity to discover how another studio works during one year abroad. Basically, following the graduate program, you are working within one of the best video games companies with already two years of experience.

- Which achievement are you the proudest since you started the Ubisoft GP?

I have been working on one of the biggest games of Ubisoft when I just got freshly graduated. I’ve been working on several projects on Breakpoint and being here for the release was an amazing experience!

- What’s it like to work at Ubisoft?

Working for Ubisoft is waking up in the morning and being excited about coming up at work, knowing you’ll do something great and that you will participate to creating new universes for players.
