DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

The mission of the Local Social Engagement Manager is to manage the social media ecosystem for the Spanish market and create reach and engagement across various Ubisoft accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok). This is a fixed-term contract position, fully remote.

This role involves publishing and adapting content provided by global teams, while adding a local tone to the accounts under their responsibility by creating and publishing content specifically targeted to the Spanish market, all while leveraging internal and external resources.

 

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the social media content calendars for the Spanish market by publishing content provided by global teams and enriching it with local content:
    • Acting as the main point of contact for all topics related to the Spanish social media accounts
    • Publishing and tagging content provided and localized by global teams
    • Creating and publishing regional/local content across all local accounts via the Sprinklr platform
    • Covering physical events with live content (e.g., stories, live tweets) and/or capturing on-site content for social media
  • Ensuring accurate data tracking by tagging all published content on accounts via the Sprinklr platform
  • Developing the local social media strategy to support marketing plans around game launches
  • Briefing external agencies and freelancers on local content creation projects
  • Identifying top-performing content and amplifying it with support from the Media team
  • Analyzing the performance of local posts to derive insights and generate performance reports (e.g., reporting decks, post-mortem presentations)
  • Monitoring competitors, identifying social media trends and best practices, and spotting opportunities for innovation
  • Ensuring that certain marketing assets are properly localized and meet quality standards for the Spanish market

Your key KPIs will include:

  • Impressions & engagement by platform
  • Adoption rate of content provided by global teams
  • Tagging rate to ensure accurate data tracking

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in social media and/or community management
  • Proficiency with creative tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Capcut
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, best practices (content, algorithms, do’s & don’ts, etc.), and key performance indicators
  • Ability to work with internal or external creative resources, from briefing to final project validation
  • Analytical skills and the ability to measure campaign or asset performance
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English, and native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish
  • In-depth knowledge of the Spanish market and its specificities
