2024년 6월 4일The North America Tier 2 ELEMENT Tournament Series is back with the ELEMENT 3 PRO-AM! The ever evolving and improving system seeks to add new elements to unite all levels of competitive play and serve as a testing ground for an exciting tournament format that will challenge teams' adaptability and spark new strategies. We hope this new tournament will promote player development and deliver a summer full of thrilling Rainbow 6 action!

Dates
Phase 1 - Open Qualifiers
- Open Qualifier #1: June 17 - June 19
- Open Qualifier #2: June 21 - June 23
Phase 2 - Swiss Elimination: July 1 & 2, July 8 & 9, July 10 & 11
Phase 3 - Round Robin Main Event: July 17 & 18, July 23 & 24, July 27 & 28
Phase 4 - Playoffs: August 9 - 11
What's New?
Qualifier Slots Upgrade - Expanded Qualifier slots from 64 to 128 for each qualifier to allow more teams to participate.
Tier 1 Teams - T1 teams & signed players are allowed to participate in ELEMENT.
Tier 2 Prize Pool Booster - New prize pool incentive geared towards rewarding top-placing non-pro teams with an additional reward, Signed Pro Teams are not eligible for the booster payout.
4 Phase Tournament - While Swiss stage is staying as Phase 2, our Phase 3 Main Event is changing to 12 teams -- 2 conferences of 6 teams each -- Round Robin system.
Quarter System - Introducing the new Quarter System in which teams will swap offense and defense sides every 3 rounds instead of the current standard 6 rounds. In addition, both teams will receive a mandatory halftime time out after the first 6 rounds to discuss strategy of the second half. Halftime timeout will not count against teams allotted standard timeout per game.

Tournament Format
Eligibility - All players must reside in North America, be 18+ years of age, have a clean player record with no outstanding bans and follow the Code of Conduct to participate.
Phase 1: Open Qualifiers
- Format - Double Elimination Bracket
- Game Format - Quarter System
- Quantity - 2 Qualifiers
- Playdays - 3 Calendar days each
- Dates - June 17 - 19 & June 21 - 23
- Limit - 128 Teams max in each Qualifier
- Advancement - 2 Teams from each Qualifier - 4 Teams qualify total
Open Qualifiers will consist of two 128 team brackets. All Upper Bracket games are BO1 until Upper Bracket Quarterfinal which becomes BO3 through Upper Finals. All Lower Bracket games are BO1 until the Lower Bracket Final which will be BO3.
Phase 2: Swiss Elimination
- Format - Swiss
- Game Format - Quarter System
- Playdays - 6 Calendar days
- Dates - July 1, 2, 8, 9, 10, 11
- Limit - 16 Teams
- Advancement - 8 Teams advance to Phase 3 (Main Event)
Phase 2 aims to bring together the best T2 & T3 teams and pit them against competitive T1 teams from both North America & LATAM regions. Qualification into Phase 2 is as follows:
- 4 teams will qualify from Phase 1
- 4 teams will be invited based on their Major Qualifier / LCQ results
- 8 teams will be invited from NAL & LATAM North circuits based on their results in their season.
Phase 3: Main Event
- Format - Round Robin - 2 Groups
- Division - 2 Groups of 6 Teams, First Rounds is matched outside the group
- Game Format - Quarter System BO1
- Playdays - 6 Calendar days
- Dates - July 17, 18, 23, 24, 27, 28
- Limit - 12 Teams
- Invites - 4 Teams have direct invite
- Advancement - Top 6 Teams advance to Phase 4 (Playoffs) with Top Seeds in each group receiving a Bye round.
Phase 3 of ELEMENT is our premier event, featuring the best NAL and T2/T3 teams competing for the top seed in the playoffs. Six rounds of Round Robin provide all teams the opportunity to practice and establish their identity ahead of NAL Stage 2 and November Major qualification.
Each team plays 6x BO1 matches. First round is inter-group matches between Groups A & B. Rounds 2-6 will be standard Round Robin matches within each group.
Where to Watch
Streams will consist of community casted and/or official Rainbow 6 channels.
Phase 1 - Community casted and streamed. Streams to be announced at a later date. All Qualifiers can be streamed publicly by players from their own POV.
Phase 2 - Community casted and streamed. Additional stream support on R6EsportsNA.
- Co-Streaming - Watch Parties & Co-streams are allowed with administrator permission
Phase 3 - All official coverage will be done on Rainbow6 & R6EsportsNA channels.
Phase 4 - Official coverage will be on Rainbow6.
Prize Pool
For ELEMENT 3 We are introducing a new T2 prize pool incentive geared towards rewarding top-placing non-pro teams with an additional reward. Signed Pro Teams are not eligible for the booster payout.
Main Prize Pool - $20,000 USD
- 1st - $7,000
- 2nd - $4,000
- 3rd - 4th -$2,500 each
- 5th - 6th - $1,500 each
- 7th - 8th - $500 each
T2 Booster Prize Pool - $10,000 USD
- 1st - $6,000
- 2nd - $3,000
- 3rd -$1,000
