For us, diversity isn’t optional - it’s essential. It’s the foundation of creative teams, bold ideas, and a fair, respectful workplace. We’re building an inclusive culture where everyone is welcome, differences are valued, and equitable opportunities are a given - regardless of background, gender, sexual orientation, ability, religion, or age.
Together with our external networks, we raise awareness around key topics like Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, anti-discrimination, and unconscious bias - through workshops, campaigns, and ongoing education. We take a clear stance: we are a partner of #workingpositively, a signatory of the Diversity Charter, a member of We Stay Pride, and part of #TeamDiversity (GAME).

Play Green
Sustainability isn’t a trend for us - it’s a responsibility. Through Play Green, our dedicated initiative for climate action, we’re turning commitment into impact. Our Green Committee organizes regular Green Days and Green Weeks, packed with workshops, expert talks, swap markets, and team actions. We proudly take part in the Green Game Jam by Playing for the Planet, and we’re an official member of the Klimapakt Düsseldorf.
We back our actions with certified efforts in CO₂ reduction and climate protection, and partnered with organizations like Ecology to plant trees and restore nature. Locally, we roll up our sleeves for the Rhine Cleanup and other city-wide cleanups - because protecting our environment starts right outside our doors. Our goal is clear: less carbon, more impact.
