The R6 Central Combine returns as the second stop of EML Challenger Circuit, inviting teams from across Europe and MENA region to battle their way and earn circuit points for the 2026 season.

Running from June 3 to July 25, the competition features a 20,000€ prize pool and a multi-phase format that pushes teams to their limits at every stage. The Central Combine will take place across five phases and culminate in an exciting live offline final at Ubisoft Düsseldorf.

By competing in EML Challenger Circuit Tournaments like R6 Central Combine, teams will earn more than prize money - they earn their place in the spotlight.

Throughout the season, teams accumulate circuit points, with the top performers securing direct qualification to the Circuit Playoffs and a chance to fight their way into the advanced stages of the Challenger Finals 2027 (formerly Challenger Series), positioning themselves as strong contenders for Regional League promotion.

And the journey doesn't stop there. During the season, circuit points can be earned not only through the three primary tournaments of EML Challenger Circuit - R6 Central Combine, R6 South Breach, and R6 North Rainbow Rumble - but also through partner secondary tournaments across Europe and MENA.

format & timeline

PHASE 1: QUALIFIERS

Your journey starts here! This year, we will feature three open qualifiers, just like R6 Rainbow Rumble and South Breach, creating a unified experience across all competitions.

Make sure to take part in all of them, the best two results will count toward your overall ranking!

All qualifiers are open to players from the EU & MENA regions, and once again, they will be open for community casting. So be sure to join the official R6 Central Combine Discord to secure your spot and stay up to date: https://ubi.li/Combinediscord

• EML Open Qualifier 1: 3rd & 4th of June ubi.li/CCQ1 19:00 CEST
• EML Open Qualifier 2: 6th and 7th of June ubi.li/CCQ2 18:00 CEST
• EML Open Qualifier 3: 13th & 14th of July ubi.li/CCQ3 18:00 CEST

At the end of the qualifier stage, the top 16 teams will secure their place in Phase 2: The Division Clash, where the competition truly begins.

PHASE 2: DIVISION CLASH 20^th & 21^st JUNE Qualified teams enter a structured league format, where consistency and adaptability are put to the test:

• 16 teams are divided into four divisions
• Teams compete in round-robin matches within their division
• Followed by cross-divisional matchups based on ranking
• The 4 Bottom teams will be eliminated
• The top 12 teams advance to the next stage

PHASE 3: CONFERENCE CLASH 27^th & 28^th JUNE

The competition intensifies as the remaining teams face a new challenge:

• Divisions merge into two conferences
• Teams compete against all teams from the opposing conference
• Results are combined into a single unified standings table
• The best-performing teams move one step closer to the playoffs

PHASE 4: NEW LAST CHANCE BRACKET 4^th & 5^th JULY

A final opportunity to stay in the race:

• Teams get a last shot at qualification for the playoffs
• High-pressure matches in a mixed upper and lower bracket format
• The remaining playoff spots are on the line

PHASE 5: PLAYOFFS 11^th & 12^th JULY

The best teams battle it out for a place in the Grand Final:

• 6-team playoff bracket
• Top-seeded teams receive a competitive advantage
• Knockout format where every match can end a team's journey

OFFLINE FINAL: 25^th JULY IN DÜSSELDORF, GERMANY

All roads lead to the offline final in Düsseldorf, where the top teams will compete live in front of an audience.

It's more than just a final, it's a showcase moment for you and the other Tier 2 talents.
