The 2025 BLAST R6 season is here and more exciting than ever! With revamped formats, a new regional lineup, and a clear road to the Six Invitational, there's a lot to look forward to. This guide breaks down everything you need to know for Stage 1, including start dates, teams, regional league structure, Major qualification paths, and the SI Points system.
Things kick off with RE:L0:AD, a brand-new, one-week competitive event celebrating the upcoming launch of Siege X, to be held in May. It will feature 20 of the R6 Share Partner teams fighting for the lion's share of the 520,000 USD prize pool, from May 10 to May 18! But now let's look beyond RE:L0:AD and have a deep dive into our Season 2025 Regional Leagues:

There are four regional leagues this season:
SAL-South America League
NAL-North America League
EML-Europe MENA League
APL-Asia Pacific League
Each region, except APL, follows a similar core structure with a Round Robin stage and Stage Finals, but schedules and teams vary by region.

Each subregion (APAC North, Asia, Oceania) operates its own group stage and playoff bracket. Top teams from each advance to the APL Major Qualifier, leading to the BLAST R6 Major and the APL Regional Finals.

Each region's Stage Finals will send four teams to the upcoming BLAST R6 Major.
This event is the most important opportunity to earn points toward the Six Invitational and battle the best from every region.
si points system
SI Points are the currency of global ranking in the Rainbow Six Siege esports scene. Points are awarded during:
Regional League Play (Stages 1 & 2)
Stage Finals
Majors
The top teams at the end of the season will qualify directly for the Six Invitational 2026, the ultimate competition in Rainbow Six Siege. The winner of the Major will also qualify directly for SI.
