UBISOFT processes your information in accordance with data protection laws. This meeting is being recorded to support the sharing of information between the employees involved in this project.
It is Ubisoft's legitimate interest to supply digital means necessary for the activity of the staff in accordance with its IT Charter available in Ubisoft’s Code of Conduct. All the recordings are limited to professional meetings and you remain free to either blur or disable your camera. Therefore, the impact on your rights and liberties is limited.
The recording will be kept for up to 5 months unless the file is dowloaded and/or saved on another support. It will only be accessible by the stakeholders of this project and access will be provided on a need-to-know basis.
Some personal data may be transferred to non-European countries that ensure an adequate level of protection according to the European Commission or within the framework of standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission accessible here (e.g. this transfer can consist in making the recording available to members of Ubisoft’s studios or security teams established in non-european countries).
You can request a copy of your data, its deletion or rectification, object to the processing of your data, request the restriction of its processing, and/or receive your information in portable form by contacting UBISOFT Data Protection Officers at dpo@ubisoft.com.
You have the right to address a complaint to the regulatory authority of your country if, after contacting us, you are not satisfied with the way we have handled your request.
