a new competitive format for everyone

The Rainbow Six Siege X Seasonal Series is a brand-new tournament format that welcomes players from both PC and console. Whether you're a seasoned competitor or entering your first event, this is your chance to join a structured competition and fight for real rewards.

Think you've got what it takes to rise through the leaderboard and earn your place in the Finals? Sign up now and take your shot.

how it works

The Seasonal Series is split into three phases: the Open Phase, the Contenders League, and the Finals.

open phase

Every weekend during the Open Phase, teams can join a ladder-style competition. Your first match is random then the following matches are based on performance, meaning you'll face teams with similar win-loss records to keep things competitive and balanced.

Your best 5 matches from each weekend are saved to your profile and used to build your overall score that positions on the leaderboard. You can compete across multiple weekends to improve your score, but you're not required to play every week.

At the end of the four-week Open Phase, the top 8 teams on the leaderboard qualify for the Contenders League.

contenders league

This phase features a two-weekend round-robin, where the top 8 teams face each other once. Every match counts, and consistent performance is key.

After the round-robin:

  • The top 6 teams move on to the Contenders Finals Weekend, where they compete for the title and a cash prize
  • The bottom 2 teams are eliminated from the Contenders League, but their journey isn't over yet

These two eliminated teams will join the Promise Division Finals as additional contenders.

promise division

For teams that didn't make the Contenders League, there's still a path forward through the Promise Division.

After the initial Open Phase, the Promise Division continues with two more open ladder weekends. Each weekend functions the same as before. Teams compete in best-of-one matches, climb the ladder, and try to finish with the best record possible.

At the end of each Promise weekend, the 2 teams with the highest record will qualify for the Promise Division Finals, adding up to four qualifying teams.

Those 4 teams will be joined by the two eliminated teams from the Contenders League, forming a 6-team bracket that mirrors the Contenders Finals.

Prizes in the Promise Division Finals include R6 Credits, offering another way for teams to win while showcasing their skill.

seasonal structure

The Seasonal Series is not a one-time event. It will return throughout the year with Summer, Autumn, and Winter editions, giving players multiple opportunities to improve, qualify, and win.
