The Rainbow Six Siege X Seasonal Series second edition is here, this time for the Autumn Season in Europe/MENA, North America and Asia, while players in South America will be able to enjoy its Spring edition. This is a brand-new Season launching on October 31, welcoming both console and PC players once again. So, get your team ready, sign up on Challengermode, and claim the title of Autumn Champion if you think you have what it takes to defeat R6 veterans, fearless newcomers, and the returning Summer Champions!

how it works

New to the Seasonal Series? Don't worry, the concept is simple:

1. Get your team ready and create an account in Challengermode

2. Sign up for your regions Weekly Ladders and make sure to check the schedule to see when the matchmaking queues will be open.

3. At the time of the competition, hit the Matchmaking button and find an opponent to play against.

4. Play as many matches as you like during the available schedule, get some epic wins and earn points to get the best score you can each weekend! You will be paired against people with a similar record as yours during the competition, so don't worry if you get a few losses, there is plenty of time on the schedule to get a good score, and remember, only your best five matches of each weekend count towards your teams overall score.

If you are one of the top eight teams in your region during the first four open ladder weekends, you will qualify for the Contenders League and compete for a place in the Contenders finals. But, if you don't qualify, don't worry, you will still be able to play in the Promise Division, which consists of 2 more open ladders for everyone who wants to join and try to reach the Promise Division finals.

some refreshing changes

The Seasonal Series is a tournament tailored for our community and players who want a fun experience while they fight for the glory of being the Seasonal Champion. We hear you and we want to keep making that experience better. For this, we've made some changes that should make your experience better, here are some of the most significant ones:

• The queue schedule has been reduced from 6 to 5 hours daily to ensure faster matchmaking.

• Instead of only the best weekend result counting towards your final score to qualify for the Contenders League, now the best 2 weekend results will add up and count as your overall score.
• Now you will be able to see your live position in a score table which will update each week inside of the Challengermode hub that corresponds to your region.
• The Promise Division open ladders will still be available during 2 weekends for anyone who didn't make it to the Contenders League, but this time instead of qualifying 2 teams each weekend directly to the Promise Division finals, they will add up both weekend scores and qualify the top 4 to the finals.
• The APAC region divisions prize pools have been adjusted to be the same as in all other regions.

Competing is not the only way that you can participate in the Seasonal Series. During the Contenders League and the finals phase, community casting will be available for this Autumn edition.
