This conversation will allow us to learn more about you, and vice versa.
We will ask you questions about your experience, skills, motivations, availability, relocation needs and salary expectations.

Depending on the type of job you have applied for, we may send you a test or exercise to help illustrate your skills.

In all cases, the test or exercise will reflect the work involved in the position you are applying for (for example: a writing exercise for a screenwriter position or a technical test for a generalist programmer position).

We use tools such as Codility for our technical tests, which we make sure to keep as short and relevant as possible.

You will then receive an invitation to a meeting with one or more members of the team. Prior to the meeting, you will receive a confirmation email that will inform you of the people present, the platform to be used and other essential information.
Depending on the position, the interview can last from 60 to 90 minutes.

During this interview, we will take a more in-depth look at your experience and aspirations, probably do some role-playing and answer any questions you may have.
In some cases, other interviews will be scheduled for you to meet other potential employees.
