PRO LEAGUE SEASON XI RETURNS MARCH 18TH, 2020

March 4, 2020

The Six Invitational has come to a breathtaking end, with Spacestation Gaming managing to put an end to G2 Esports reign! While the teams take a few weeks to rest , we are thrilled to announce that the second half of Pro League Season XI is set to kick off on Wednesday, March 18th.

As announced during the esports panel at the Six Invitational, the Rainbow Six Esports program will evolve into a regionalized format after the Pro League Season XI Finals in Sao Paulo (May 16-17). There will be a few adjustments to the current Pro League and beyond, so let’s take a look at what to expect in the second part of the season.

pro league map pool update

In order to provide our pro players the most competitive environment possible and push their skills to their highest, we have removed Bank from the map pool rotation and added the reworked Theme Park. Here are the maps which will be available in Pro League for Season XI: Theme Park, Clubhouse, Kafe, Consulate, Border, Coastline, Villa.

In addition, automatic vetos will be removed, meaning that the map that a team played during the last playday will not be automatically banned anymore.

kali and wamai enter pro league

Kali and Wamai have finished their three-month grace period, and will now be added to the Pro League operator pool.
