4. August 2025It's time for the world's top teams to prove themselves after their regional playoffs in the Esports World Cup in Riyadh. And for the first time, it will be part of the BLAST R6 cycle, on Siege X!
Sixteen of the world's top teams will fight on the stage for supremacy and their share of a massive $2,000,000 prize pool. Five days of competition, one champion, one legacy, one shot at glory. Are you ready?

The tournament will unfold across two action-packed phases over 5 days:
- Phase 1 (Group stage) - Play-in: 5th August to 6th August - behind closed doors
- Phase 2 - Playoffs: 7th August to 9th August - open to the public at the Amazon Arena, Boulevard City, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

age restriction
As per age regulations, the event is open to attendees aged 18 and older. Fans aged 16-17 may attend so long as they provide parental consent, which can be in the form of a written document. The event is not open to anyone under 16 years old.
Parental Consent Forms will be emailed to ticket purchasers at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the event.
Valid photo ID with date of birth (State identification (ID) card, driver's license, passport, or any valid ID with date of birth) is required for entry.

The EWC will open its doors to 16 of Rainbow Six's best teams from across the globe, selected through Ubisoft's R6 Share Partner Program. After an intense Group stage, the top 4 teams of each group will progress to the Finals.

In Stage 1, all teams begin in one of the two groups of eight teams competing internally to decide the top four from each group. The Upper Bracket will be in Best-of-1, while the Loser Bracket will be in Best-of-3. This stage will take place across 2 action-packed days, behind closed doors.
In Stage 2, the top 4 teams from each group advance to a single-elimination playoff bracket. Quarterfinals and semifinals are played as Best-of-3 matches, leading to a high-stakes Best-of-5 Grand Final. Taking place over three days in front of a live arena audience, this stage will determine who claims the EWC title.

cosplay
We can't wait to see all the amazing cosplays you've been preparing and perfecting on-site at the EWC.
Costumes and props:
- Should not pose any danger to others and/or yourself
- Must follow specific requirements as part of the rules for cosplay which can be found in the cosplay guidelines
- Must not contain any symbols or markings forbidden by local legislation
- Must be inspected and validated by on-site security personnel
- Must be kept covered or hidden during transportation to the venue
- Prop weapons must be easily distinguishable as fake from 20 feet or 6 meters away must be soft and flexible
Face coverings must be removed during the search process and entry into the venue. This includes coverings such as gas masks, goggles, costume masks, etc.

The total prize pool of the 2025 EWC is: $2,000,000.
The prize pool will be awarded as follows, based on the final rankings after the event's conclusion:
- 1st -- $750,000
- 2nd -- $350,000
- 3rd -- $210,000
- 4th -- $130,000
- 5th-8th -- $75,000
- 9th-12th -- $40,000
- 13th-16th -- $25,000
safety measures
Please note that health and safety measures may be updated up until the event, based on the evolution of the situation and local authorities' guidelines.
Elements of the show potentially trigger seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy.
Cosplay is encouraged but will be subject to additional screening and restrictions.
Every participant will be subject to a search by security.

Ubisoft and/or Blast and/or their partnered production agencies may use your image and your voice during the live broadcast of this event, and after the event to create videos which may be displayed on the internet and social media for commercial and marketing purposes. In consequence, your image and voice may be visible to the public for as long as the videos remain available on the internet and on social media. Entering the EWC premises means you consent to being filmed by Ubisoft and/or Blast and/or their partnered production agencies under the conditions.
