Feature improvements / New features

Audio

Song audio is no longer muted when a censorship event is triggered

Connection Settings

Some connection settings dialogs had their look changed to match the look of other dialog boxes.

Mobile

An echo canceller was added.
- This will attempt to cancel out the sound of your device's microphone so note detection has a better time hearing you play, and not hearing the song playback

Noteway

Chord repeat strums have been replaced with a half-height panel
The Fret Hand Mute and Palm Mute ("X") icons are now overlaid onto the new chord repeat strum panels
The phrase banner will now be visible throughout the song
The color of the individual fret lanes has been changed
- If the fret has an inlay, it will be a darker color
- If the fret does not have an inlay, it will be a lighter color
The fret numbers that appear along the Noteway every few measures will now have the outer numbers more transparent
The miss indicator in Riff Repeater ("!") is now larger and should no longer be blocked by chord names
The measure lines along the Noteway are now thicker so they are easier to see at a glance
Decreased the note density so notes are spaced further apart
Modified the camera settings to try to make the Noteway easier to read

Major Bug Fixes

Creator Portal

Replaced the "Creator Forums" link with a link to the Ubisoft Discord
Modified some pages to account for sorting by relevance
Disabled sorting by relevance on other pages

Mobile

Improved an issue where note detection quality degrades as you increase the volume of your mobile device
Fixed a bug where changing your audio input device to an audio interface would not turn the "Instrument Sound" setting back on after using an audio device that required us to turn it off
Fixed an issue where the Hub's background music was still played during audio device calibration, as it could negatively impact the noise floor
Fixed a few issues where the app would not boot if specific network conditions were met

Noteway

Fixed an issue where the hit effect highlight did not always display when playing a song on the Noteway

Rocksmith Workshop

Fixed issue where anchors could only be deleted using the A key when they were on a gridline
Fixed issue where the max difficulty value for phrases was not set properly when importing Rocksmith XML files that caused some issues when submitting arrangements
Fixed issue where space bar would not start playback when first loading into tab view

Song Details

After playing a song, selecting the previous or next song arrows takes you to the beginning of the list instead of the previous song or next song

Song Library Website

Modified some pages to account for sorting by relevance
Disabled sorting by relevance on other pages

Search

Fixed an issue where some songs were not reflected correctly when sorting by duration.

Major Known Issues

General

Softlock may occur when rearranging the monitors while using the 4K resolution
After submitting a new arrangement, you may need to restart your game to see it show up in game

Learn

Changing between Windowed mode and Fullscreen can cause some options to be cut off in the Learn menu

Noteway

"Late" indicator does not always appear in the Noteway
In some cases, soundscapes may get cut off as they get too close to the Noteway
The camera changes may make some sections harder to read

Rocksmith+ Workshop

Audio corruption may occur when you use audio exclusivity in the Workshop on some devices
Rocksmith Workshop takes longer than 10 seconds to launch
When dragging a tempo marker, the play head may move at the same time
Ending a playtest will not move focus to the Workshop window
Pressing the "End Playtest" button in game two times while playtesting for an instrument you do not have selected in game can cause a crash
Midi playback may not be pitched correctly

Search

When you close the search tab with a specific sort, and re-open it, the text for selected sort is incorrect

Settings

When changing from Guitar to Bass then back to Guitar, the incorrect tone is applied
The game may soft lock when changing resolutions or refresh rates

Song Details

Difficulty Target percentage numbers do not match the location on the slider

Tutorial

Waiting on the genre selection screen for a long time can cause the game to crash
