WHEN CAN I PLAY?
You can access the Free Weekend during the following times:
CAN I PRELOAD THE GAME?
No preload is necessary on PS4 & XBOX One. You can directly download and play the game as soon as the Free Weekend starts. Please refer to the times above to see when the Free Weekend is live.
I ALREADY DOWNLOADED THE FREE TRIAL FOR THE DIVISION. CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE IN THE FREE WEEKEND?
Absolutely. However, if you have downloaded the free trial, the way to access The Division Free Weekend will differ depending of the console you're playing on :
- On PS4, the current free trial offer is still available. If you have downloaded this version, the whole game will be playable during the free weekend.
- On XBOX One, players who have downloaded the free trial before September 13th won't be able to play anymore. If you want to play during the free weekend, you will have to go back to The Division page on XBOX Live and click on the download button. The free trial will be reinstated once the free weekend promotion ends.
CAN I PLAY THE EXPANSIONS AS WELL?
Underground, Survival and Last Stand expansions won't be playable during this free weekend. Only the Standard Edition of the game will be free and accessible to players.
CAN I PLAY WITH MY FRIENDS DURING THE FREE WEEKEND ?
Of course. You can play with anyone who already owns the game or is enjoying the Free Weekend like you are.
I REALLY LIKE THE GAME AND I WOULD LIKE TO BUY IT! ARE THERE ANY OFFERS AVAILABLE?
If you like The Division and want to keep playing after the free weekend period is over, you can acquire the game for up to 70% off along with other products (Gold Edition, Season Pass, DLC) until September 20th on the XBOX Live and until September 25th on the Playstation Network. Some cosmetic items will also be available for sale at 50% off on all platforms until September 19th.
WILL MY PROGRESS FROM THE FREE WEEKEND CARRY ON IF I PURCHASE THE FULL GAME?
Absolutely. All of your progress and characters will carry over if you decide to upgrade to the full game.
