Operation Tenfold Pursuit marks the 10-year anniversary, bringing a torrent of change with it. Thatcher gears up to meet the moment and upgrades his arsenal, first by gaining access to the PMR90A2 marksman rifle, becoming the first Operator to have access to four main weapon options. Next, his favorite EMP gets upgraded with the Electronic Gear Scanner Disruptor (E.G.S. Disruptor), which allows him to search for and deactivate electronic gadgets in the area. Read the Y10S4 Patch Notes below for full details.

Thatcher’s new gadget, the E.G.S. Disruptor, allows him to detect enemy electronic devices through obstructions and deactivate them with an EMP blast. Thatcher should be on the front line, inspecting defenses to allow other Attackers to move in. Thatcher's new device allows for a more precise, disruptive, and modernized gameplay, updating his role while keeping his identity intact.
ShieldGuard updates will now roll out twice a week, making it harder for cheaters to keep up and helping ensure a fairer, more secure experience for all players. We’re monitoring cheat patterns daily, enabling faster and smarter bans that focus on removing cheaters quickly and permanently. We’re also refining our recoil script detection system to catch unfair macros and scripts without penalizing skilled players. To make sure it’s accurate and fair, we’re working closely with pro players ahead of a full rollout in Year 11.
Fortress receives a new modernized and structural modifications this season and is added to all playlists, including Ranked and Siege Cup. Fortress now has less hallways, bombsites have been balanced, entrances for Attackers have been improved, and the courtyard has been turned into an exterior zone. The new map layout brings Fortress up to our competitive standards and removing some of the pain points brought forward by players.
Skyscraper and Theme Park have received visual enhancements, including improved lighting, shadows, 4K textures, and Destructible Ingredients."
Testing Grounds is an experimental playlist that revisits the Test Server Lab allowing players to try out major updates on PC or Console before its added to the live game. One of the major differences compared to the Test Server Lab is that the playlist is now integrated into the main game and is easily accessible.
From January 8 to 15, Testing Grounds will introduce a focused experiment for Armor and Speed values. Operators will feature new options to adjust their Health and Speed with the goal to give players more agency over their playstyle and allow for more personalized tactical decisions. Players can select new stat limits in the Planning Phase, observe how it impacts various strategies, and share feedback through the open community survey to help guide future development.
Ranked matchmaking now uses Visual Rank and Squad Size as a matchmaking parameter alongside skill, improving fairness and consistency across matches. Skill will remain the primary parameter for matchmaking with Visual Rank being used as a secondary parameter. Squads of mixed rank will take skill and the Max Rank of the Squad into consideration. We appreciate the feedback on our Matchmaking process from our players, and will continue to improve based on feedback.
Emerald Plains has been replaced by Fortress in the Ranked map pool.
Skyscraper has been replaced by Fortress in the Pro League map pool.

Thatcher, Nøkk, Hibana, and Capitão will have a new weapon added to their loadouts, the PMR90A2. This high-precision marksman rifle is intended for players who want to take control of an area with high aggression and hold it. It's viable at medium to long ranges, and is great for an overseer style of play.
With the changes to Mute's device, Thatcher's Remaster, and how it interacts with electronic devices, we have overhauled our Disable State for Electronic Gadgets (DSEG) System. Devices originally would enter a deactivated state when affected by the deactivation field and would either reactivate after a set time, or would need to be removed from the effect field. The new changes make it so devices that are affected by a field cannot be activated via wireless signals, and Operators within the field cannot activate devices either. Both the Operator and the device need to be outside of the field in order for the device to function properly.
Mute's Signal Disruptor has an increased radius and now only jams wireless connections or devices that need to be activated remotely, such as Hibana's X-Kairos mines. This refines Mute's role and allows gameplay decisions to be more situational against Attacker devices.
Aruni's Surya Gates can now be deactivated instantly by EMP Impact Grenades or Thatcher's E.G.S. Disruptor and remains off until reactivated.
Castle's Armor Panels can now be electrified by sources of electricity, enforcing Castle's current role on the Defender team as an anti-entry support while offering Attackers new opportunities for tactical approaches.
Ace has been brought in line with other hard-breaching Operators. Stun Grenades have been added to his loadout as a secondary gadget, his speed has been decreased to 1 and armor has been increased to 3.
Hibana's X-Kairos has been updated to make it faster in a few ways. Players no longer have to manually reload as the device will now reload itself after 0.4 seconds, and the fuse time has been reduced from 5 seconds to 4 seconds. Hibana has also been given access to the Claymore as an option for a secondary gadget to help secure places she breaches. With a faster breach, less waiting, and a device to help secure pushes, Hibana is a great choice for aggressive play.
Thermite now has 1 additional Exothermic Charge and has access to the ITA12S as a secondary weapon option.
Maverick's Breaching Torch no longer has a pause, and Maverick has been given access to Frag Grenades as a grenade option. Reaper MK2 has been added as a secondary weapon option.
To increase counterplay, Ash will become more vulnerable as her Breaching Rounds are now susceptible to electrified surfaces. Electrified Deployable Shields, Castle's Armor Panels, and Mira’s Black Mirrors will now pose a greater challenge.
A mini-map has been added to Enlisted, Field Training, Landmark Drill, and Clear House to assist with learning the layouts for each map in all Bot playlists and Training tools. The mini-map will show walls, stairs, windows, destructible walls, and hatches for each floor.
Target Drill is now known as Clear House. The Keres Legion has been added as part of the training and can now flank, reposition, and even pressure the player with the risk of death to transform Clear House into a near endless T-Hunt experience to closer emulate real match intensity.
Starting this season, we've made some adjustments to the Enlisted and Field Training playlists with the option for players to have bot teammates, so teams can be 5v5 instead of 1v5 for both Attack and Defense.
For this season, the Hostage assignment is coming back to Dual Front with a new VIP character to defend and extract.
A new pool of Operators will be curated for this season where Operators will be rotated in an out over the course of the season.

Operators rotating out: Ash, Capitão, Hibana, Maverick, Nomad, Ace, Osa, Pulse, Kapkan, Frost, Maestro, Warden, Wamai, Aruni, Azami
Abandon penalties are now active on Dual Front. Leaving a game currently in session will result in consequences toward the player's Reputation if they don't reconnect to the active session.
Players with the Premium Pass will be able to get early access to this season's new weapon and will also receive an exclusive skin and a limited-time challenge for the weapon.
Delta Packs will be replacing Bravo Packs this season. Delta Packs include exclusive content including a recolored version of the MPX Masterpiece weapon skin.

This seasonal camo will be available at season’s launch and can be purchased all season long. Once it is unlocked, it will be in your inventory to stay and applicable to all available Operators.
A long mission finally comes to an end in Operation Tenfold Pursuit, and several Operators celebrate with a price decrease this season. Down to 10,000 Renown, or 240 R6 Credits, is Operator Solis while Tubarão sees a reduction in cost to 15,000 Renown, or 360 R6 Credits.
GET MORE R6 CREDITSThorn and Blackbeard have been added to the Conversation System.
With changes to the Options menu, we have introduced a new way to manage and modify inputs through a list of predetermined layouts for controller, and mouse and keyboard. More updates to this feature will come at a later date.
Bleeding while downed has been reworked to keep players from having to hold a button for an extended period of time. Players now start in slow bleeding, and will only speed up if the player is moving.
The Career menu has been updated to separate Dual Front statistics from Core Siege. Breakdowns show player statistics for most played operators, KOST in Bomb Mode games, and the win rate for each specialty across Attackers and Defenders.
Between Clearance Level 16 and Clearance Level 20, Players can complete specialty challenges to unlock Operators and expand upon their roster, or reward the player with renown if they already have the Operator unlocked.
This season, players who reach at least Gold 1 in Ranked will receive an exclusive headgear for Hibana as a reward.
It's now possible to bookmark up to 5 challenges from the Challenges widget in the Core Siege HUB. When selecting a challenge to bookmark in the side panel, it will automatically appear in the first page of the widget, making it easier to keep track of your progress.
The Mark All As Seen action for the Locker has been replaced with a simple prompt instead of having to press and hold the button, and has been moved to the bottom of the screen.
