I have duplicates of 2 different Equipment pieces. I don't know how I got them. Here is a Video:

I know, but the 1 point which i have extra isnt a mastery point. its a normal point, it can not be spent on Mastery.

Platform: PC

I was at 399 power.
I leveled up and got 2 extra points.
I spent 1 of the 2 and got to 400 power.
Now I have a point left which I cannot spend, because there isn't anything to spend it on.

@bawtzki So, they changed its location then, because i posted a video guide in my first post above and there is no marker there where you are showing in the screenshot

After running around for almost 3 hours in Eurvicscire now and not finding the last Artifact which I need to collect to have 8/8 artifacts in that area,
I decided to look up a Video on YouTube for all Artifacts ( for reference, I looked at this video: ).
After checking again and again, I'm am 100% certain that this is a bug and not me having missed something on the map. I made a quick video going over every location on the map, they all marked with a X. Except one. The one, where you find the Treasure Map itself. I looked into my Inventory and i have that Treasure map. What can I do, to get 8/8 Artifacts for that location.
