PC Scroll Wheel on Map causes zoomout and to the bottom left every increment of scroll wheel
My wife uses a controller and she can freely and smoothly zoom her world map in and out but when I zoom out with my razer mouse even without moving it zooms out and the map shifts to the bottom left by quite a bit. this is on 1.0.2 with game ready drivers for nvidia 1660 super, r5 3600 32gb
