No one ever comes to recruit the archer and Stowe never leaves after talking to him. Can't complete the quest.

I'm 65 hours in. I'm hesitant to restart everything because I don't want to replay everything just to have it happen again. So I sit here and wait for the day they may fix it. It's really frustrating.

Posting here cuz @Ubi-Woofer told us to do so. I also am stuck at "Firing the Arrow". Stowe told me to get a coin off a guy in the market and then to meet him at the church. As soon as the cutscene ended, Stowe did this weird glitch thing and then leaned back against the post where i met him to start the quest instead of walking away. If i talk to him again, he just asks if i got the coin. There is one guard in the market called Arrow horde that walks in a circle around the market. The only interaction i can find is to just kill him. No one ever comes with a coin.

I'm stuck on the opposite quest "Firing the Arrow". Stowe told me to get a coin in the market and that he would meet me at the church. Then he did this weird spasm thing and he stayed where he was. Afterwards, the quest was still in my log but the objective was gone. Nobody ever spawned with the coin for me to take.

Still no change here either. Firing the Arrow is in my quest log, but no objective underneath it nor anyone with a coin spawning.
