

@ubi-milky I saw on here that supposedly this has been fixed, but as of right now it has NOT been fixed.
I saw the "fixed" post on here, tried it, and it just wiped my new save file, it did NOT restore my real/original save file with over 90 hours play time on it.
I checked with someone on reddit and their save has also NOT been restored.
I can't report this through the support page on here as it doesn't work either. I've tried 4 different browsers, and on all of them the "Submit my case" button does nothing
@sensai_s Looks like June 2 is the last time they've responded. No luck with twitter yet either. Their support system is broken-they supposedly opened a case, but it's not there on my account, so I can't add the verification code they gave me, and the submit button to open a new case still doesn't work.

They told me not to save in the slot I'd used...but the game already does that automatically the first time you launch it after it's deleted! I wouldn't know it was deleted if I hadn't launched it!
For crying out loud....
People defending this always online stuff need to know about this...
@axios201885 yeah, I’m in the United States, chat doesn’t work, and the button to submit a message doesn’t work either. Clicking it does nothing.

@axios201885 This online stuff is nonsense. I've loved a lot of Ubisoft games and bought most of them over the last 15 or so years, but I think I'm done with any online DRM nonsense. Sounds like they want to wreck Assassin's Creed with it too.
And what the frak?
They know when they wiped them. They can go back before that and restore that. Even if they can't get it exact, going back a few days before it happened would be vastly more helpful than NOTHING.
And their support submission form doesn't work either!

@jedislayer05 yeah, it is annoying.
towards the beginning of the game there was even a cutscene where my character turns into a man, and the time of day changes. I had no idea what was going on, and thought I was seeing a flashback to some earlier events or something, and only afterwards pieces together that that was supposed to be me.
id rather be able to play as a woman at all with the wrong stuff but stuff.
less annoying than my save file being wiped though
