

@chemamx it's clearly more important that ubisoft add a few lighting bolts around Mjolnir, fix photo mode and stop dummies jittering. Those are clearly much more important issues to fix than things that affect their customers being able to progress in the story .
During the stench of treachery mission, when I accuse Galinn as the traitor, the cutscene starts and Sona accuses and kills Birna instead.
Just so everyone else knows, I created a case on the 14th about this issue (killing Birna instead of Galinn, not Lif) and ive only just received this reply from support:

But along with everyone else im sure we agree that you've known about this issue for nearly 3 weeks now, which you've known about as support has been replying on this thread and it's disgusting that you've only just let the development team know about it. You released a patch several days ago which could have easily included a fix to this, but now we're all stuck waiting potentially another 2 and a half/3 weeks for you to fix a very small bug that hiders a players ability to advance in the story very early on in the game?! Frankly it's astonishing how bad this has been.
Not to mention the fact that in my case I state that Birna is the one that's killed and yet in the reply you only state that players have faced the problem that Lif is killed instead. I've bought the assassins creed games ever since the first one came out and ive always been a big fan of ubisoft as they always create amazing games, and Valhalla is an amazing game, but the service youre giving rn in regards to this issue is abysmal. I hope we don't have to wait another couple of weeks for this to be resolved.
Even after this latest update, it's still not fixed! I've just tried to complete it, optimistic that after this patch, a month after they were first made aware of the issue that they would have solved it, yet it's still exactly the same. It's honestly ridiculous.
@treeder me neither, I haven't been on it since the middle of December because there's literally nothing else I can do until they fix the glitch, ive been able to do absolutely everything I can possibly do apart from the story because of this glitch that they can't be arsed to fix
Is there an update for this because even by releasing new content there's nothing that will convince me to play it again until I'm able to continue with the story? If there's no date then how do we go about getting a refund because I've had enough of waiting. It's not what I paid for!
I loaded into valhalla a few days ago and I noticed the berserker armour set and the bear claw axe which I had managed to level up to the maximum had all been downgraded from mythical to flawless quality and I have logged in today and noticed that all of them have been completely refreshed to the superior level 1. This is really frustrating as the bear claw in particular is my secondary weapon which I had maxed out and I have not recieved the resources u had spent leveling them up.
@robohato I've also had the same issue today, id managed to gold the armour and they've all been reset to the first red one. It also reset my progress with the bear claw axe which I had maxed out because it's the one I use in my second hand.

@ubi-spud I have tried to upload the video I have taken of it to one of the case files however it doesn't seem to work
