I been playing this game since launch day, and I noticed the very thing that hasn't been looked at in all this time: The tattoos lose their quality after playing for about an hour or 2. This applies to all tattoos and some gear items as well. Only way to get back that crisp, clear sight, is by closing the game completely and restarting. Only to have the quality being lowered again after a few hours. Almost 2 years and nobody has reported or even noticed something like this?
I want my tattoos and gear to be as good as when I start the game, I dont like having the Taranis tattoos being smudged, misshaped and sometimes invisible roots, or Saint George's Cape having a crooked and squared cross on the back after running the game for less than 3 hours. Hell, I cant even read the Valkyrie runes on Eivor anymore, most of it is just feint circles at this point.
Tattoos and gear sets are to be seen, so why not keep the quality smooth and high thoughout the game?
Hi @ubi-keo
I have tried troubleshooting, which did nothing.
I am playing the digital version on PS4 Slim's internal SSD (Upgraded from HDD, thinking it would help but clearly did not)
Also, I have over 250 GB free space on the system.
I just killed all 15 Zealots with the swordfish and yet the challenges for killing them and wielding the fish wont unlock. What's the deal?
@ubi-borealis Hi there, the menu tab issue is a first for me.
Also, no. I my TV does not support HDR, but here are my settings.
Brightness and contrast: 5
Colorblind: off
@ubi-karl Hi, These are just a few of the insane amount of items I have problems with. The issue is with all tattoo and gear items.
Bracers, hair and beards are fine for now, at least.
I also just found a super-rare bug where my menu tabs were in the middle of the screen as well.
(P.S. I no longer use Youtube because I reported a different issue a year ago and uploaded my first and ONLY video there as proof for you guys, only to have my youtube account banned for "multiple violations.")
spoiler
UPDATE: I found the resolution and texture of aforementioned items to be lowered much faster whenever I load the game through fast-travel or loading up a save while still playing.

I agree. How does a weapon improve anything stealth-based unless the weapon itself is used for stealth?
And apart from those, how about the ability to equip full gear sets with a single button/hold like what they did with Odyssey.
I'd say maybe, MAYBE add a few NG+ collectibles and/or items like in with God of War. Maybe even further improved gear.
I'm not asking much, just that maybe Ubisoft could add this to the game? At least then NG+ would make sense for those who want to get a real kick out of it.
Or that's what I think, anyway
Now that is an awesome idea. Make it more realistic and memorable, like it should be. Maybe give the Bayek outfit some of it's own gauntlets too
