@the_real_dna - I'm having the same prob today (without 2-step). Tbh, this game has been buggy as hell from the day I started playing - just a different issue every other day. The total lack of any level of support of feedback from Ubi is evident from the lack of input here on this issue. I really regret going with a subscription plus buying the Gold Ed.

Hey, just back after a few days off, and the bird does not show up on V. Tried a restart, but no luck. Anyone else having this issue?
There's also the usual problem with challenge objectives not being added, but that's less annoying.

Hey! Just another bug: neither 24hr Reda contract I'm on work today. Both are at Jorvik (one predator issue in the caves to the west, one a kill in the town). I cant even start to find the cave target, and the kill target in town just looks at me while I hurl abuse at him after tryiong to batter him with a spear because the assassinate option is not even available.
Any suggestions before I give up would be appreciated. Cheers.

Following probs:

1. I cannot access Store from the main menu - it starts but gives me: Online Service Error 0x20000019
2. Yule Event not loading at all despite restart (settlement level 3)
3.Ubisoft Support - 'Chat is currently unavailable' with no alternative except this part of a forum (last posted to a month ago) is a bit poor tbh
