I have this issue as well. Xbox One S. The first time I came through here I was able to grab it, but killed myself by shooting the other hanging supplies in the area before I opened the chest. When it reloaded it got stuck just like the others above me and the key was never in my inventory once I reloaded.

I have tried everything I can think of, try to get it through alternative means, leave the region and load back in, shut down the game and roload, hard reset the Xbox, moved the game files from my external to internal hdd, nothing worked.

Fingers crossed for this to be fixed in the next patch (have checked after every update do far and no luck). I have 112 hours in the game and have done everything else, this is the last thing I need to 100% the game.

@livianata_ wow that's is impressive. This is the last thing I need in the entire game to 100% and finish all achievements. I'll try this a bit later. Thanks for the video!

U figured out that subsequent points earned after achieving level 400 reward mastery points and I was finally able to spend them. Less of an issue but still a minor neusance I have one skill point left (had 4 skill points at 397) that I cannot use. This means I always have the notification both in the menu and HUD that I have a skill point available that I cannot use. EDIT: I figured out that subsequent points earned after achieving level 400 reward mastery points and I was finally able to spend them. I just obtained level 400 today after completing the 1.1.0 update (Xbox One S) and I am unable to use subsequent skill points on mastery points.

The menu does not change (I do not have the mastery point option) when I reach level 400. I have attempted reloading a prior save before 400, resetting all skills, and closing and reopening the game.

I'm not sure if this was an existing issue (unable to find any others with a similar issue) or if this issue arose because of today's update.
