Did you try entering the stone circle again to make the house appear a second time? That worked for me as the house always disappears (I think it's a normal thing).
If it's not working the normal way, try entering it from the west or while crouching. But that shouldn't be necessary.

I've got the same problem. I'm only missing two different fishes from the sea, but neither of them is appearing. Once I was lucky and after waiting for several minutes a fish came up. But when I pulled it in, it just swam under my boat and bugged out - I could reel as much as I wanted Eivor didn't catch it. So annoying!

It may be wise to make a "mega thread"/"post here thread" for the treasure hoard bugs as there are a lot of threads regarding these kind of bugs. That mega thread should then be posted in the "Reported Issues" thread so people know that it's being investigated.
The reason I'm suggesting this is because I was wondering if those bugs have been noted at all, and I only stumbled upon the answer from the Ubisoft guys here by accident. I'm pretty sure a lot of people are wondering the same because in most threads they can't find an answer.

So, my game was totally fine up until now. I was doing the London quest "Bleeding the Leech". When I turned it in, the game crashed in the middle of the conversation.
I restarted the game and loaded my save - but the quest giver was gone. The quest is still in my log and says I have to talk to him. When I choose the quest, the objective doesn't show up in the top left corner but there also isn't the message to choose a quest. I loaded an earlier save right after killing the leech, but that didn't help either 'cause it was still bugged out. I then loaded the save from the beginning of that quest, but he still was gone at the end.

This way I can't finish the london quest line ...
