Me too. Tried the fixes. fx reload old save, going offline and back online, nothing has worked. My event is none-existing and has been for several days now.

Just go back to Vinland, shot the arrows you have, and go back to settlement and rebuy them.
Fixed it for me.

@lessermagic Not for all.. It completely fixed it for most people. I went from 12 to full.

@fheflin21 If you have done vinland, you will have bow and arrows..
