I had personally just noticed this bug after I began dual wielding as this never happened when I was using a light shield in my off hand. However now while dual wielding periodically after a successful parry my character gets bound in the parry/block animation for a few sedonds and can not attack with my main hand weapon and I often find it causes me to loose me window to strick on shield wielding opponents. I am unsure if this has already been reported but for me after returning to Lunden with the new patch installed Maximillian is still being distracted around the corner by the child, however, Odin sight shows a key marker but the key spawns on the stool thus no pick up option displays., and I still can not shot the barred door with any of the three bow types.
