@Nico2000nl Please keep in mind that the use of profane words is not allowed on the forums, as per the Forum Rules. We are here to support players with the issues they're encountering, while also maintaining a respectful and welcoming environment. To address your question, the development team requests footage in order to help them reproduce the issue on their end, which in turn helps them find and implement fixes. I understand it can seem pointless to add screenshots and videos with nothing happening, but rest assured these do make a difference on the backend.
@gentester I'm sorry for any worry caused by this bug not being addressed on the Known Issues thread. Since this list is non-exhaustive, it does not accurately represent all issues that have been reported to our teams, similar to our Megathreads post. With that being said, I'm pleased to let everyone know that our teams were able to reproduce this error, and are working on a fix.

Hey everyone! Our teams are aware of this issue and are currently investigating. In the meantime, if you have a secondary save that was made before you encountered this issue, please try loading this save up then accessing the mission. Players have reported that this allows them to speak with Ubba.
Hi everyone. For those of you that are still unable to progress with "Clues and Riddles", I want to first and foremost apologize for the time it has taken our teams to find and implement a fix. Everyone's frustration is completely understandable, since I know I would feel the exact same way if I was not able to proceed and complete this quest. With that being said, I want to reiterate that the development team was able to replicate this issue and will include the fix for this issue in a future patch. We'll share updates with you all as soon as we have more information to provide.

Hey there, and thank you all for adding to this thread since my last post. I'm happy to announce that this issue with not being able to regroup with Soma will be fixed in a future patch! Definitely keep checking the official Assassin's Creed Valhalla website for specifics on when this patch will come out, since this information will be posted there once we have a solid date planned.
@Bfoxlbc Generally speaking, content that you've purchased with Helix Credits will remain on your account, even if you start over. However, content that was purchased with in-game currency will not. If you have any trouble with locating this content in-game, please try activating the content from the store's Owned section.

The patch that will include the fix for this issue with players not being able to interact with settlement NPCs hasn't been dated yet, but please rest assured we will post the patch date here once we have this information.

I appreciate you letting me know about this looping issue that occurred right before this error with the background music no longer appearing under normal conditions began.
