Same here. It didn't happen right after the patch (1.1.0), as I was playing for a few hours with my upgraded quiver (15 predator arrows). After starting a new arc (Lincolnscire), that's when I noticed I was back down to 5 predator arrows.

Patch 1.1.1 fixed it for me ! Finally have my 15 predator arrows back !

@crkrogh Did you go to the longhouse and see Hytham outside ? You need to speak to him in order to trigger the quest.

I have tried to fast travel as well (I am experiencing the quiver "reset" bug as well where my arrows are back to level 1, when I have a fully upgraded quiver), going to Vinland multiple times trying to fix the other arrow bug.

@natesac69 I tried it after completing the Vinland arc and it did not work for me.
