The prisoner/quest giver isnt there

i am not able to start the first Daughters of Lerion fight after failing it the prompt won't show.

same here she’s the only one of the daughters I need to fight but I can’t

calling in a favor
as it was foretold
disorder the ancients
and of course the platinum
that haven’t transferred over to ps5
