I just went in to a duel with Rued and for some reason he's lying on the floor as if he's already dead but it won't allow me to do anything

I'm having the same issue, it won't let me in. Would've thought all these bugs would've been sorted by now but I keep running in to more.

@buttercabra I am having the exact same issue. Even going to another save it's doing the same thing. I can't do anything at all

I'm having the same issue. Went to find all the clues then my disguise vanished and I know it's definitely not in my inventory. Now I can't compete the quest because of it.

I'm having the exact same problem. Every time when I run in to him he stands up but then sits back down.
I was hoping the update wouldn't fixed it but obviously not

@ubi-spud I managed to complete the quest eventually but I had to use Oswald to do it. There was no glitch that I saw leading up to it, that I saw, when I was using the main character it was just when it got up to the actual duel Rued was on the ground dead.
