Im on xbox and unable to launch the boat off the dock. ive tried doing all the tricks that everyone else has done and nothing. its almost to the point where i want to just get rid of the game due to not even being able to play it. @Ubi-Swaggins do you guys have any updates or anything going on to try and fix this?

So I have played 7+ hours with no issues at all. But now my wife has started playing and everything is lagging bad. every two or three minutes mid game the save logo shows up and stops the whole game for a few and then it goes back to normal. Everything is blocky and not running smooth like I had at the beginning. No updates or anything is available. Any suggestions?
