The Mimir head tattoo doesn't appear on Eivor's face despite applying it

PS5 continue to have screen tearing during cutscenes and gameplay yet it's not being listed as a "reported issue" on the main megathreads. Why are other platforms' screen tearing issues being resolve but not the PS5?

Notice that the game stutter a bit sometime with some screen tear when the game is autosaving (icon blinking at the lower right corner)

Not sure if intentional but Eivor, and other NPCs doesn't get wet, when it rains. They do get the wet effect when entering and leaving lakes and ponds thus it seems strange it doesn't happen when raining
