System: Ryzen 7 3700X, 32gb RAM 3600mhz, GTX 1060

I know my GPU is not the nicest, but my game's performance ins ridiculous. The game set itself to "High" graphics, but once the initial cut-scene ends, the frame rate drops to 6-7 FPS. I tried setting everything to "Normal" and then "Low", but it doesn't matter what settings I choose, the flamearte goes to 6-7 anyway. It doesn't make any seance for me.
