I could not update windows beacuse my PC is stupid every time I tried to update it either failed or nothing change. So there have to be another fix on ubisoft end please.

A lot of players have the latest version but problem still persist, so its not just about updating window, please fix this

Still no fix after update, should I just give up hope on them ever going to fix this bs bug....

Yeah I just did that but it say I already have the latest driver the problem still unsolve sadly

I caved and update windows. It works but really not worth the time (takes me 2 days to do the update and fix everything).

I feel like Ubisoft is ignoring this completely, probably still think that its not their fault and players should just do as told and update Windows, even when its clearly does not work for everybody. At least give an update note so that people can be at ease or answer to the refund request.
