Is this bug under investigation? Can't complete all territories...

They have to make those guards respawn. I loaded a game from 100 hours ago and passed the quest.. Not planning on replaying 100 hours though. Please fix this in the next update! Literally every enemy/guard respawns except those relating to that quest. -
[RESOLVED] Unable to progress "Bridge of Oppression" | POST HERE
Same thing on PS4.Eivor drops the man and nothing happens. Can only quit to menu and reload a previous save.The game even saves with the man of the brigde so continuing on that save is impossible.
