

Can you please provide all of us a resource to receive full refunds? It's been three months without a single meaningful update.
I have this issue and I've since attached my save file to case 13543704.
I've hit the bottleneck and can no longer advance in the story. Insane that this wasn't fixed with the title update, this has been widely reported for over a month now and is a game-breaking bug very similar to many of the story bugs fixed in the title update. It simply cannot be that hard to shove a half-baked workaround in so we can finish the game we paid $60 for.
Also remember that ubisoft support auto-closes tickets after a week of inactivity whether or not they've solved the problem, so unless any of you have renewed the ticket thirty two times, from their standpoint all of our problems are solved.
I'm still holding out for June! Maybe you'll announce a new AC game at E3 and put up preorders so we can all at least have a good laugh.
