@ubi-raziel Kind of ridiculous that you could not recreate this issue beacuse it is affecting almost all PCs with Intel CPUs. Your team just have to start the game to experience what we do. I'm a software developer myself and since the last version before 1.1.0 was OK in terms of FPS and CPU/GPU usage the team would only have to fixate on the changes between these two version and what they did especially according to GPU and CPU utilization. This would take at most 1 or 2 days, the game have been unplayable for almost 3 days straight and nobody could address the error? Give me a break, this is the greatest [censored] that I've ever seen. If a team of software developers can't work out what makes their game unplayable or at least don't have the balls to apologize and roll back for the previous update then they should look for other jobs and proficiencies. This is really frustraing.
@provo-kid Same for me. I just updated my game on PC to 1.10. The patch log is great, lot of things fixed but also I have 30 fps less then before the patch came out. I'm palying on high-mid setting and I so far I got easily 55-75 fps in the game, with a little stuttering here and there and when I did a benchmark the CPU and GPU usage was close to 100% (as it should be). Now these numbers reduced to 50% CPU usage on all of the cores and only 60% GPU usage therefore I get a lot less frames per second.
I tried reinstalling the game, verifying the game files, restarting my computer multiple times, updating to the newest nVidia driver (came out for Cyberpunk) with no luck so far. I tried to mess with the config file, deleting the config file, resetting the game settings and setting it up again with no considerable change. The usage percentages are the same. I also tried setting everything to low and trying a lower resolution but my FPS was still way pooerer than it should've been and the game wasn't using my hardware as much as it could.
I really don't have any more ideas about what I can do to solve this matter. Maybe I have to wait for the next patch which is kind of a bummer because I just took out my holiday leave days from work and I have lots of free time for gaming.
@xps74 Yeah, I was testing the same myself lowering the settings, trying different resolutions but the CPU and GPU usage was still around 50-60% with significantly lesser FPS (15-30 fps less). I can't play on 30 fps because it's very jittery and hurts my eyes a lot so I hope they will address this quickly.

@ripkit Unfortunately you can not rollback for 1.0.4, we have to wait for the next update or until the Ubisoft team fixis the issue.
Specs:
Intel Core i5 4670k, overclocked to 4.0Ghz
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB OC
16 GB DDR3 RAM
Latest nvidia and Windows 10 drivers
@snt-grem They actually have everything neccessary to do a rollback since they presumably use some version-control system. The main pont is that they do not want to and that is what the problem is.
@dignite_ Yeah. Exactly the same. I have been waiting for a fix for almost a week now. There's just [censored] support talk which is not true. Ubisoft unable to do a rollback on the update maybe? I'd give everything to play the previous buggy game since that I was at least able to play. Now, it's unplayable. Thanks for this Ubi, merry Christmas!

@ubi-raziel I forgot that, here you are.
@ubi-raziel Here's the picture of CPU and GPU usage and DxDiag logs by the way. CPU usage was close to 100% before the patch as well as the usage of the GPU. As can be seen on the picture it's barely 50-60 percent now after patching, FPS dropped significantly (by 20-25).

@zarael1721 Same for me, playing other games until it's patched.
@zarael1721 At least you can play. For me: literally unplayable since the patch.
@snt-grem Unforunately you cannot do a rollback on Ubisoft Connect, have to wait for the developer team to fix the issue hopefully before Christmas.
More detailed picture CPU cores only running arount 60%, core1 only at 39%, GPU only at 60% whereas before the patch everyting ran on 100%, fps avarage is 39, significantly lower than before the patch released. Memory usage only 5 GB, before the patch this was much more too. Hotfix needed quick, game is unplayable.

@peterlaub Yeah actually if the CPU is not running on 100% the video card also can't. These percentages are same as mine. Game is literally unplayable from 1.10.
