This happened to me aswell on PC. Now im afraid that im not going to be able to romance with Randvi so i decided to take things slow until they fixed it.

I have encountered a weird glitch i guess in Jotunheim map. It is shown in below screenshot. When i just walk near the ocean near the gate you have come to Jotunheim from character wont move like there is an object in front of them but they will climb like climbing to walls.
