Please give us something, we gave you the money for the game. When we report the issue been getting still under investigation for 3 months. No listing out on known issues. Many of us took you at your word and continued on with other parts of the game figuring to circle back and out would be fixed. Well here we are 2 months later and you don't even acknowledge the problem.
Please provide us with some information that we didn't get in a copy and paste response 3 months ago. Or provide us with a way to refund our money. This is bad business at this point and beyond aggravating for your customers.

Hey all. We appreciate everyone reaching out about this. At this time, this is still under investigation. For this issue, we ask that everyone who plays on PlayStation or PC - please create a new ticket with our dedicated support team, and attach a copy of your save game files, so our teams may forward your information for review, as this will be the best way to help the dev team to look into a solution.

So more of nothing. Many of us spent 100s of dollars on this game and we get glitch yule missions and hey look we made it Christmas in the game. For over 60 days you've ubi has been doing its best to make cyberpunk look well developed.
So step one at least acknowledge the issue on your know issues forum, let's just start there so that those of us who can't play the game we paid for at least know we are being heard.
I've literally completed the rest of the game sans the storyline from pilgrimage on this is getting into the realm of absurd and negligent on the part of a company that sold a game it cannot support to customers it will not listen to.

@ Ubi-Swaggins Do they plan on addressing this going on 2 months and can't progress not even listed on known issues thread.

Seriously 2 months without anything. No response or megethread.
I contacted support 4 or 5 times and they keep closing the tickets as resolved even after I respond is not.
Give us something please.

Hi there!
Unfortunately I can't progress the story at Oxenefordscir "pilgrimage to st. Albans" where I have to rescue Fulke.

After you're in the basement of the monastery's crypt you speak to a priest who has the key for Fulke's cell. After I got it from him by using my Charism I opened the door but the cutscene wouldn't trigger in which Eivor, Sigurd and Basim speak to Fulke.
I can just open the cell and walk in on Fulke but nothing will happen, she never moves. And Basim and Sigurd just left the room and went outside.
I tried a few things but I can't progress anymore maybe you can help me!

I'm playing on playstation 4 if it matters

Same issue I wrote then 2 weeks ago and they closed my ticket with no fix
