You forget there are still active bugs in Valhalla that have been there since launch, that we have told them about time and time again, and they still aren't fixed...you really expect them to do anything relative to fixing a problem? Ubi here's a serious suggestion. Ditch your garbage launcher and go back to steam. No one wanted Uplay/Ubi Connect, no one wanted the stupid issues that arise because you're too incompetent to find and fix a problem that has been persistent for over a month.We're sick and tired of it. I'm going to bet right now that's it a verification/authentification problem with the servers, and it just keeps mass logging everyone.

Look I had been a fan of the series since the first game on the 360, I 100%'d AC2, I played the hell out of the MP in Brotherhood, fought King Washington in 3, Annihilated every ship and found every treasure in Black Flag, actually played Rogue (and it's my favorite game, plunged into Unity and collected gear with friends, and slogged through the terrible brits/boring egyptians/and poorly written greeks (only finishing Syndicate and Odyssey and they were still bad) >.> so to have a game like Valhalla come out that is a complete improvement over "Greek Sex Sim" and NOT have achievements...while a far inferior game that people hate right now has them (WD Legion)? This is the most backasswards situation I have seen in my 20 something years of gaming.

I know you're just a player support mod, but I also know you can send things up the chain. So send them the message of "Let them eat cake." They have just shot themselves in the foot for the last time i'm afraid, the deal with Epic was a mistake, years of subpar games that people weren't invested in was a mistake, and now this.

Yeah, it's a pretty trash system and it's my only complaint with the game so far. I would like to go raiding with my friend's characters. I mean hell I have an entire crew worth of friends...but I have to random;y find them? Nah that's trash af, hell Dragon's Dogma does a better system than this and that game is ancient now.

It didn't start until the most recent patch dropped. I could play the game for hours without issue, but now it will literally just freeze in certain instances. It's not my rig, but it's definitely the latest patch.

Then the ale horns, and drinking mechanic begins, problem is...you can't do anything until her first horn is already empty. At this point you lose as she doesn't mess up.

It's because of the last patch. There was a 600 something patch earlier today or yesterday, and ever since then it's been freezing after so long. I smell a memory leak.

@Lockmort honestly, I don't think they're coming at all. I think it was a farce, and probably some trashcan reason for it. But it could be anything, could be because they couldn't figure out how to make it work with Epic's trash launcher. idk, but what I do know is I won't spend money on dlc for a game that doesn't work that also doesn't have achievements. >.> i'd sooner admit that loot boxes are good and that EA isn't full of [censored].

@ubi-auron I can assure you that they are NOT always checking to see if the servers are healthy. I am not going to bother with your troubleshooting "tips" as it's literally what everyone already knows what to do to diagnose their own [censored]. It's not our side, it's not our ISP, it's YOUR SERVERS.

@ubi-mark Yeah because you guys don't keep track of your own trashcan tier connection. All you gotta do is check the steam discussiions, reddit, here wherever to see that there were connection problems FOR [censored] HOURS.

Now look, I know you're "support staff", but stop treating us like a bunch of retards. We can tell when there's a problem on your guy's side and not ours, this isn't 1998 when no one knew how to diagnose their rigs/net/system. No step you provide is going to fix an issue that is on YOUR END (not mine, not his, not their's but YOURS). Yeah, it's still happening on my end. Ubi can't do anything right it seems, doesn't matter what game or anything either as it's tied specifically to Ubi Connect.
Seems like their entire server structure is just one giant cluster [censored] with no one even trying to untangle it....guess all that inclusive talk didn't equate to "can actually do the job."

This has happened twice over the last two weeks, system wide outtage..while the site says that everything is fine. It's not fine..this is why live service games are terrible. It's not my system or connection, nor is it anyone elses except for Ubi's. So [censored] is going on?

@ubi-mark This isn't an "Us" issue, it's an Ubi one. The servers are complete garbage and always have been because this game gets neglected like a redheaded step child. You need to run this up the chain and physically jack slap anyone who gives you any lip about it. Fix your servers or remove the leaver penalty, work on this game.
